Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures utilizing superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-generation encryption systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our mentorship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
