Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for 10,000+ qubit systems
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop patent-pending quantum optimization methodologies
- Translate theoretical models into deployable quantum circuits
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Present findings at global quantum summits (2026 roadmap focus)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Track record of scaling quantum solutions to enterprise level
