Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced quantum algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum circuits with >99.9% gate fidelity
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm optimization
- Experience with quantum annealing and variational quantum algorithms
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture (IBM Qiskit, Rigetti)
