Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to maintain quantum coherence in multi-qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations and qubit connectivity
- Create quantum algorithms that outperform classical computing for specific use cases
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain and encryption systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging quantum programming languages
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud quantum platforms)
- Demonstrated experience translating complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., Quantum Key Distribution)
