Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Create quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-quantum domain integration (photonics, superconducting, trapped ions)
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Partner with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Develop quantum software SDKs for developer ecosystem expansion
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Experience with quantum annealing (D-Wave) and gate-based systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
- Proven track record of patenting quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
