Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid systems in production environments
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms
- Publish research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Published research in quantum information science or equivalent contributions
