Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits and error-corrected architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead prototyping of quantum processors using superconducting and photonic technologies
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum accelerators into machine learning pipelines
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Present research findings at premier conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and experimental physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, color codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or hardware implementation
- Experience with cryogenic systems and microwave control electronics
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or fault-tolerant architectures
- Track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical projects
- Patents or peer-reviewed publications in quantum technologies
