Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and molecular modeling
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical system architectures with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced R&D
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
- Proficiency with superconducting and trapped-ion quantum processors
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and error correction
