- Lead quantum software stack development including compilers, simulators, and middleware
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Present quantum roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum algorithms or quantum software systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in quantum domains
- Certification in cloud quantum services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
