Responsibilities
- Architect and design quantum circuits and algorithms optimized for the 2026 hardware stack.
- Develop and maintain quantum software stacks using industry-standard frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to translate theoretical models into executable code.
- Optimize quantum algorithms for noise mitigation and error correction in NISQ devices.
- Conduct research on post-quantum cryptography and quantum-safe security protocols.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in advanced quantum computing concepts.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience with quantum computing simulation and programming (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Project Q).
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++ for high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, AWS Braket, Google Cirq).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
