Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-neural network interfaces
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Publication record in top-tier scientific journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit design frameworks
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum neural architectures
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
