Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computing architectures
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead research in quantum error correction for scalable AI applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design strategies
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing or AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters (HPC) and GPU acceleration
