Responsibilities
- Design and prototype quantum machine learning algorithms for exponential computational advantage

- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier quantum-AI conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
- Secure research grants and patents for pioneering quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature Quantum, IEEE Transactions)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal or corporate research funding
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
