Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for practical quantum computing applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum-AI integration solutions
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor PhD researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier ML conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with NISQ devices and quantum error mitigation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
