Responsibilities
- Lead quantum AI algorithm development for real-world applications in optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Design and execute large-scale quantum simulations on our 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-accelerated models into production AI pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at premier conferences
- Mentor a team of quantum AI researchers and engineers
- Identify emerging quantum computing trends and translate them into product opportunities
- Secure government and industry partnerships for quantum AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical AI optimization
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum AI research
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading technical teams and managing research projects
