Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and optimize hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models to solve complex optimization problems.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop efficient software stacks for next-gen quantum processors.
- Research & Publication: Lead R&D initiatives, publish high-impact papers, and present findings at global tech conferences.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes of AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making in unpredictable environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and guide the technical direction of the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML research, with a strong portfolio involving neural networks or quantum algorithms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle high-level theoretical problems and translate them into practical engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
