Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for real-time data processing
- Develop novel quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for predictive modeling and autonomous systems
- Create secure quantum communication protocols for distributed AI networks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy quantum-AI solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, tensor networks, and machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Published research in quantum computing or AI with demonstrable impact
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
