Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex machine learning tasks.
- Lead research initiatives focused on error correction and quantum advantage.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software for quantum processors.
- Develop scalable software frameworks for deploying quantum models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical roadmaps and research findings to stakeholders and the board.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
