- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Secure $10M+ in research grants through compelling technical proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Q#, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes projects
