Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with long-term business objectives.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and diverse stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to drive project velocity and quality.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies and trends (AI, Quantum computing, etc.) that can be leveraged for Project 2026.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and risks in the development lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Process Optimization: Establish and refine agile methodologies and project management frameworks to maximize team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in strategic project management or AI product leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and delivering large-scale technology roadmaps with a focus on futuristic applications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams through periods of rapid change and ambiguity.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud architectures, and emerging AI paradigms.
