Responsibilities
- Define the Vision: Create and articulate the comprehensive roadmap for Project 2026, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architectural Leadership: Design high-level system architectures that support scalable, secure, and efficient AI operations.
- Team Management: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.
- R&D Oversight: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Deployment Strategy: oversee the transition from prototype to production, optimizing for performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and neural network architectures.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in deploying scalable solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to executive audiences.
