Responsibilities
- Lead Quantum-Neural Research: Spearhead the design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for next-gen machine learning models.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Build robust software architectures capable of handling quantum circuit simulations and data processing at scale.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with hardware engineers and data scientists to optimize quantum hardware performance.
- Define Technical Vision: Establish the technical roadmap for the company's quantum initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Mentor Engineering Talent: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Patent & Publication: Lead efforts in publishing high-impact research papers and securing patents for proprietary technologies.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil and classical ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, abstract problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
