Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architecture for integrating AI and Quantum Computing into core business operations by 2026.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to identify and prototype emerging quantum algorithms and AI models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for C-level executives and investors.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with leading quantum hardware and software providers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qubits, superposition, entanglement) and experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq).
- AI Expertise: Proficiency in designing large-scale machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
