As we look ahead to 2026, we are building the infrastructure for the next generation of machine learning, autonomous agents, and generative intelligence. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, analyzing global trends to build a roadmap that positions us as an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Define the Technology Roadmap: Architect and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration leading up to 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including LLMs, reinforcement learning, and edge computing.
- Executive Leadership: Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors with clarity and persuasion.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to translate strategic goals into scalable technical architectures.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate high-potential AI startups and technologies for acquisition or partnership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all strategic initiatives adhere to global AI ethics and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological shifts and translate them into business value.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and generative model lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Agility: Proven experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring rapid pivoting.
