Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge AI architectures, focusing on scalability, latency reduction, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Drive the research roadmap for next-generation neural networks, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Mentor Engineering Excellence: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and defining best practices for AI model deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, legal, and design teams to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric, compliant solutions.
- Publish & Innovate: Lead internal research initiatives and contribute to the broader academic and tech community through patents and white papers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven Expertise: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP, and distributed computing systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and innovate solutions for future challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
