What You'll Do
As a Principal Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will set the technical vision for our platforms, ensuring they are robust, secure, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Systems.
- Design distributed, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the migration to next-gen GPU clusters and optimize inference latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish coding standards for AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with global AI ethics, safety, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
