Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the high-level system architecture for our AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and algorithms to reduce latency and improve inference speed.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards for responsible AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
