- Document Solutions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical troubleshooting steps.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and report anomalies to the senior engineering team.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer interaction ends with a positive outcome and a resolution to their problem.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time hours (e.g., 20-30 hours per week).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as web browsers.
