What You Will Do
- Employee Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets, scheduling orientations, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS system (Workday/ADP) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Benefits Support: Assist employees with inquiries regarding health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other company benefits, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Payroll Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to verify timesheets and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate travel, and screen resumes to match job requirements effectively.
- Policy Administration: Assist in communicating company policies and procedures to staff and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to support company events.
