Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timely.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including open enrollment and answering inquiries regarding health and wellness plans.
  • Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and schedule new hire orientations and employee training sessions.
  • Process payroll data and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
  • Support the HR Manager in conducting periodic HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
