Responsibilities
- Greeting and Welcoming: Manage the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere for all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments with a polite and helpful tone.
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments for staff members.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, filing, and photocopying tasks to support office operations.
- Office Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and coordinate with vendors for restocking.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general information to visitors and direct them to the correct personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
