Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and presentations using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls with a high degree of professionalism, routing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all sensitive information and records.
- Manage office inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and organizing the filing system.
- Support team members with ad-hoc projects, event planning, and general office management duties.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
