Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Diagnose problems and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and account details into our CRM system.
- Process Orders & Updates: Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and account updates.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that enhance the customer experience.
- Adherence to KPIs: Meet and exceed key performance indicators regarding call volume, wait times, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not required for enthusiastic learners.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and navigating web browsers.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
