Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Learn and apply banking security protocols, fraud detection techniques, and regulatory compliance standards
- Balance cash drawers, resolve discrepancies, and maintain meticulous transaction records
- Actively identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing training modules covering banking operations, software systems, and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to branch operational efficiency through administrative support and process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in finance or business preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail with cash handling experience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers
