Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers at the service counter with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Opening new checking and savings accounts for existing and new clients.
- Answering customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and banking services.
- Performing cash reconciliation and balancing daily teller drawers.
- Identifying and cross-selling bank products such as credit cards and insurance to meet customer needs.
- Assisting with lobby maintenance and ensuring a clean, organized branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train the right attitude).
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
