Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with basic product inquiries
- Resolve routine customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Learn and apply banking regulations (BSA, AML, ECOA)
- Operate digital banking platforms and self-service kiosks
- Support branch marketing initiatives and community outreach events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling aptitude
