Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell premium banking products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Participate in comprehensive teller training modules and shadow senior staff
- Assist with branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and account inquiries
- Build rapport with clients to drive customer retention and satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or finance
