Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with 100% accuracy
- Verify account information, balances, and transaction details while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve routine customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud procedures
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business/finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn banking software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Nebraska residency required upon program completion
