Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance standards
- Train on digital banking platforms and customer service software
- Assist with lobby traffic and basic account inquiries
Qualifications
