Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, processing deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist in the daily operation of the branch, including balancing cash drawers and handling vault procedures.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to achieve branch goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen.
