Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions accurately, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service at the teller line.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balancing issues, and product information.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch sales goals.
- Ensure the teller line and lobby area remain organized and clean.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances throughout the shift.
- Learn and adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Background check and drug screen required.
