Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads and meet daily targets.
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the training team to master sales techniques and product knowledge during the paid training phase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and performance reviews to track progress.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency are essential.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are a plus.
