Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive, paid training program to learn sales methodologies and product knowledge.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to optimize sales strategies.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (College degree preferred).
- No prior sales or professional experience necessary—training is provided.
- Must have access to a stable computer and high-speed internet.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday).
