Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date client records within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate actively in weekly training sessions and skill-building workshops.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work a set schedule on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with punctuality.
- Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and navigating web-based applications.
