Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory to ensure operations run efficiently.
- Support the team with ad-hoc projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
