Responsibilities
- General Administration: Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Document Management: Handle data entry, file organization, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meeting schedules, book conference rooms, and prepare necessary meeting materials and agendas.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
- Support Projects: Assist various departments with ad-hoc projects, report generation, and special administrative tasks.
- Communication: Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certificate in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role (1-2 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Software: Familiarity with CRM software or scheduling tools is a plus.
