Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
