Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via ticketing system and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Implement security protocols and system updates during off-peak hours
- Document solutions in knowledge base and maintain incident reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams on infrastructure projects
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for client systems during shift coverage

Qualifications
