Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shifts.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless customer service handoffs.
- Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor while managing high call volumes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Reliable access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear phone voice.
- Able to work 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM (or similar night shift hours).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
