Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed computing systems designed for high throughput.
- Lead the design of next-generation neural network architectures optimized for edge computing and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI models into robust consumer and enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high technical standards and best practices.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Optimize model latency and resource consumption to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing large-scale systems and machine learning frameworks.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong focus on performance optimization and memory management.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and high-stakes environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding technical teams through architectural decisions.
